It's extremely painful for me to admit, but I have thrown away at least $10,000 worth of 'dead-end' leads.  Now, I know better.  Whenever I come across short sales leads, I turn them over to The Investor Connection.  Since short sales are not my specialty, it didn't make sense for me to pursue these leads - myself.  Turning them over to The Investor Connection made good sense and good money.
