What is The Investor Connection?

The Investor Connection (IC) is a company that specializes in pre-foreclosure loss mitigation by negotiating with mortgage servicers and various other lien holders in order to close short sales. IC negotiates Conventional, FHA, VA and other governmental loans as well as various other liens and judgments. IC is a professional service focused on the completion of short sales for the benefit of real estate professionals.

In addition, IC pays on a per lead basis up to $10,000.00 when closed.  Our primary investment strategy is performing short sales however, we work with all leads, including fix and flips, subject to’s and lease options opportunities as well.
 


 

How do you earn up to $10,000.00 per lead?

Simply tell the seller that someone will be calling them that can possibly work with them.  If the seller is in agreement with doing a short sale, call, fax, or email us with the seller’s name, phone number, and preferably the address.  That’s it…your job is done.

Oftentimes when a seller has an over-leveraged property, no one can help them.  But we can!  Why not make money from these "dead" leads instead of throwing them away?  You’ve already spent the time and money to get the seller to call you, so why not make every lead count? A simple phone call, fax, or email to IC can net you up to $10,000.00.  It doesn’t get much easier than that!!!!!

The success rate of IC is higher than most because we have a highly trained division within our company that does nothing else but perform short sales.  The main reason homeowners, investors, and realtors choose IC is due to the extreme difficulty and time expenditure associated with the short sale approval from the lender.  IC was founded as a result of investors and realtors not having the time or desire to work short sales effectively…..leaving a lot of potential revenue on the table and leaving a homeowner with little else to do but to walk away from their homes.

  • We immediately call the seller and set up an appointment
  • We meet with the sellers and have them sign all appropriate paperwork
  • We then send/fax you a written agreement with the property address
  • We prepare and submit all necessary documentation to the lenders
  • We begin negotiations immediately
  • We postpone the sale date if necessary
  • We help to influence the BPO or appraisal
  • We sell the property if needed
  • We create a margin in the property and you get paid!!!
