What is
The Investor Connection?
The Investor
Connection (IC) is a company that specializes in
pre-foreclosure loss mitigation by negotiating with mortgage
servicers and various other lien holders in order to close
short sales. IC negotiates Conventional, FHA, VA and other
governmental loans as well as various other liens and
judgments. IC is a professional service focused on the
completion of short sales for the benefit of real estate
professionals.
In addition, IC pays on a per lead basis up to $10,000.00 when
closed. Our primary investment strategy is performing short
sales however, we work with all leads,
including fix and flips, subject to’s and lease options

How do

Simply tell the seller
that someone will be calling them that can possibly work with
them. If the seller is in agreement with doing a short
sale, call, fax, or email us with the seller’s name, phone number,
and preferably the address. That’s it…your job is done.

seller has an over-leveraged property, no one can help them.

throwing them away? You’ve already spent the time and money
to get the seller to call you, so why not make every lead
